Vincent’s approach includes routine breaking and creatively fulfilling exercises, some of which share roots with techniques found in the Zen Buddhist tradition.

You’re a Rubber Duck follows the buoyant journey of a rubber ducky floating on the open ocean, experiencing the ups and downs of life with resiliency, balance, and humor. The book also uniquely reflects Zen Buddhist themes both in its story and illustration.
Paths of Practice is a podcast hosted by Vincent that features interviews with people sharing their experiences with Buddhism and Buddhist practice.
The podcast includes conversations with folks from all over the world and from a wide variety of Buddhisms. Episodes explore the journeys of individuals that have been on the path for a while and those just starting out as well as everyone in between.
