The Courage to Float
The Courage to Float is a 4-week intensive program developed to enhance your connection with yourself, expand your self-confidence, and engage in active reflection to identify and hone what is authentically "you."
This program centers around you. Your goals. Your interests. Your well-being.
That said, below are some typical elements and activities that you'll likely do throughout the program:
a daily mindfulness practice (does not necessarily have to be 'meditation')
a journaling practice
exercises to engage "flow states"
goal outlining/aspirations
1 hour meetings with Vincent per week
regular check-ins outside of set meeting days (accountability check-ins available if interested/comfortable)

a licensed therapist/mental health professional
a Zen master/teacher
a small goat (though I understand this would be fun)
