The Courage to Float

The Courage to Float is a 4-week intensive program developed to enhance your connection with yourself, expand your self-confidence, and engage in active reflection to identify and hone what is authentically "you."

This program centers around you. Your goals. Your interests. Your well-being.

That said, below are some typical elements and activities that you'll likely do throughout the program:

  • a daily mindfulness practice (does not necessarily have to be 'meditation')

  • a journaling practice

  • exercises to engage "flow states"

  • goal outlining/aspirations

  • 1 hour meetings with Vincent per week

  • regular check-ins outside of set meeting days (accountability check-ins available if interested/comfortable)

Full Disclosure

Here are some things that I am not:

  • a licensed therapist/mental health professional

  • a Zen master/teacher

  • a small goat (though I understand this would be fun)

Pricing: $300 (sliding scale available)
